**Project Coordinator – Unresearched **
A small consulting firm is in search of a part-time (up to 20 hours a week) Project Coordinator. This position works with the Project Manager on preparing and formatting presentations, attending conference calls, on-line research and other admin tasks as required. The ideal candidate is able to work independently and with little supervision. This is not an entry level position. The ideal person must have strong writing skills, computer skills, and pay close attention to detail. The candidate should also be capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. This is a virtual 1099 contract position with opportunities for quarterly meetings in the DC area. He/she must be available during core weekday hours, have access to high speed internet and unlimited long distance.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
1. Providing project management support including proofreading, formatting documents, note taking on conference calls, and editing documents during webinar meetings.
2. Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
3. Experience either working with or for the federal government
4. Experience either in a legal or contracts environment
