Receives payroll data from clients via fax or phone
Corrects any warnings/terminal errors in the payroll
Responds to basic client inquiries on the telephone
QualificationsRequired
(Experience, Skills, Academic): High School Diploma
One to two years of related experience
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Prior 10-key and/or Data Entry experience preferred
Payroll knowledge is helpful
Proven skills in telephone use and basic math
Good organizational skills with focus on detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
Ability to meet training, quality and performance requirements
Position requires associate to work from home. Must be able to work Monday through Thursday from 1:00 to 5:00 PM for a total of 16 hours per week.
