Description

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for the regional Seniors Silver Elite Program. Helps plan activities such as seminars, luncheons, and parties to enhance membership. Other duties may include: collects and interprets data to produce reports; conducts special projects; coordinates meetings, conferences, and presentations and composes correspondence and other documentation as needed. Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc. Will work from home; hours will be a flexible 5 to 15 per week.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Two to four years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Good verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
