This initiative leverages the latest advances in technology and enables Vertex to provide clients with customer care support from highly qualified and skilled disabled veterans and/or their caregivers. This program is being delivered via a "work from home" setting, supporting veterans who may not be able to travel to work. Vertex has partnered with several well recognized state and national veteran organizations to create this unique program, designed to support the rich talent pool of former military personnel who have become disabled.

Essential Skills

•All Home-working agents will need to have the capability to work from their own home.

•Must have Broadband capability.

•No plans to relocate in a 12 month period.

Entry Criteria

A basic knowledge and ability to use a PC is key. All the product knowledge you require, will be provided in your first few weeks with the company. Individuals need to be performance focused and display a flexible attitude. Excellent call handling skills are required.
